Kayenta is a 2,000 acre desert community comprised of unique custom built homes and community amenities.  We are located 7 miles west of St. George, Utah nestled beneath beautiful red rock cliffs. The appeal of Kayenta is the unique natural setting, the tranquil lifestyle and the blend of nature with modern life.  Our community is made up of four separate homeowner associations.  These volunteer homeowner boards and committes help in the compliance of our CC&Rs and the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) rules and regulations.  The Kayenta Homeowner Associations are:

Kayenta Homesites    /    Kayenta Lakes Patio Homes    /    Shonto Point    /    Taviawk

Each HOA has its own governing documents and Board of Directors.  The residents of each HOA realize the unique differences of their own subdivision and adhere to the rules and regulations voluntarily.  The architectural designs within the community all fall within the ACC rules and regulations, providing a beautiful blend of custom homes and neighborhoods.  Below is an aerial veiw of a map delineating the individual HOAs.
